Commission-Only Remote Sales Agent

You will be selling kuhstomshop.com, our e-commerce store builder for small businesses. This is a commission-only, fully remote independent-contractor sales role. US agents are paid on 1099; international agents work under contractor agreements.

Role and working arrangement

• Remote sales agent selling Kuhstomshop subscriptions to small businesses.
• Fully remote independent-contractor position; work from anywhere in an eligible country.
• Applicants from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and eligible European countries are welcome (see eligible locations below).
• Ability to work US business hours.

Lead flow and responsibilities

• Our team generates up to 600 fresh, qualified leads daily; you work leads assigned to your metro.
• Contact prospects through calls, texts, DMs, and email.
• Demo Kuhstomshop, handle objections, and close Bronze ($25/month) and Silver ($40/month) subscriptions.
• Make approximately 80–100 outreach attempts daily.
• Follow up consistently—most deals close on the third to fifth touch.

Compensation

• 20% recurring commission on each customer you close for the first 12 months.
• 30% recurring commission unlocked at 50+ active customers.
• $10 activation bonus for each store that goes live.
• Monthly payouts with no cap.

Candidate requirements

• Phone or DM sales experience.
• Self-driven and comfortable with high-volume outreach.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability during US business hours.

We currently accept applications from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and major European markets including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, and Switzerland.
